Please allow 4-6 business days from the time your order is placed to receive shipping confirmation.
All orders will be subject to a standard shipping rate of $6.95 UNLESS local pick up option is selected at check out.
Agape Animal Rescue is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. If your order has NOT been shipped and you made an error imputing your shipping address email [email protected].
*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS.

Returns/Refunds
Due to limited inventory we can not accept returns or offer refunds of any kind after order is shipped.
Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of receiving order. To request an exchange please email [email protected] with order details.
TO EXCHANGE: Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at [email protected] and forward photos of any damage.
