Welcome to one of our newest Agape pups, Banana (aka Nana)! 🍌

Banana is a sweet 6 year old Yorkie mix that was left outside of a closed shelter during the height of COVID last year with her skin & fur in bad shape. Her finder was kind enough to take her in and nurse her back to health, but unfortunately was unable to care for her any longer. She may only be 6 years old, but she has the calm personality of a much older pup, hence the nickname Nana!

She is not yet on our website but if you are interested in adopting this adorable gal you are welcome to submit an adoption application at the link in bio 🐾

We are looking for a foster for our sweet Princess Tobe starting on or before June 13th. She has wonderful house manners, is great with people (children included) but is not good with other dogs or cats. It would be best for her to have a fenced-in yard to exercise and play in! If you are available and interested in fostering this cute girl, even temporarily, you can fill out a foster parent application here at the link in bio 🐾

We provide all of the necessary supplies for fosters and cover any costs, so no need to worry about money, etc. We just need you to provide a safe, loving home!

Sunshine is a 4-year-old Korean Jindo that was found as a stray. Her finder was kind enough to take her to the vet to get checked out and cleaned up, and after no owner came forward to claim her, she reached out to us for help with rehoming this adorable pup! Despite all she has been through this sweet girl really is a ray of sunshine. She will be ready for adoption soon, keep an eye out for more details!

We are happy to announce another wonderful adoption for an amazing Agape pup! Sweet Willa, formerly Wilma, is now in her forever home with Crystal of Nashville, and their new life together is off to a great start! Willa is settling in really well. 🤍

Crystal and Willa are the perfect match, and their love connection was evident as soon as they met! We are thrilled they'll be living a life filled with lots of love and fun adventures.

Holly is a charming 4-year-old poodle that was found as a stray and though we can't be sure of her background, it's clear that she had not been groomed in a while (swipe ➡️ to see her before). Her finder was kind enough to take her to the vet to get groomed and checked out, and after no owner came forward to claim her, she reached out to us for help with rehoming this loving pup! Despite everything she has been through, this girl is so sweet and happy to get love from everyone she meets.

She is settling into her foster home and will be in great hands as she awaits her forever home that "feels like Tiffany's." Keep an eye out for more details on this gal!

We are delighted to announce that sweet, adorable

We are delighted to announce that sweet, adorable Ernie is in his PERFECT forever home with Meredith and Justin! 💙 Ernie charmed his way into their hearts and instantly they knew his was the perfect addition to their family.

These two have so much love to give Ernie, and this lovable little guy will give love and joy right back to them. We are thrilled to hear that Ernie is doing well. As you can see, he is one big snuggle bug loving lap time with his people. It looks like Ernie has decided that working from home is a great thing, and that Justin just might need his help at the computer. Ernie is in the right home for sure!

Meredith and Justin - your excitement, preparedness and loving spirit warms our hearts at Agape, we thank you for giving Ernie this fabulous home! We wish you all many years of happiness together. We look forward to more updates in the future.

We are proud to have launched a new program in 2021, have you heard about it?! It’s the Community Canine Coaching Program! This program was formed to combat increased owner surrenders and support intake prevention in Middle TN while increasing the adoptability and quality of life for foster dogs awaiting adoption! ⠀

$100 sponsors a family so they can attend our four-week training class. By attending the class we help keep a dog in his or her home by overcoming common behavioral problems that may otherwise ⠀
