Hillary McDaniel is an Adoption Facilitator at Agape Animal Rescue and Training Center. Hillary is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Nashville back in 2014 after falling in love with the city. She packed up all her stuff and drove over 18+ hours with just herself and her dog Olivian to start a new journey.
Hillary knew as soon as she rescued her first dog Olivian she wanted to help save more dogs. “I know the only reason she is in my life today is because of her wonderful foster parents who opened up their hearts and home to her ”. Hillary believes foster care is so important in the rescue world as it keeps pets out of shelters and into homes where they can decompress and get all the care and love they need to help them find their forever homes. In 2016 Hillary and her fiancé Dennis decided they wanted to get a sibling for Olivian and adopted their second rescue dog Tundra!
Hillary and her fiancé have been fostering with Agape now for the past 7 years. “My favorite part of fostering is getting the wonderful updates and pictures from the adopters. I just love seeing them flourish in their new homes and see how truly happy they are with their new families.”
Hillary also has a huge love for Animal health and wellness. She also works at a local Veterinary clinic.
Hillary enjoys spending her free time traveling, going to concerts and spending time with her family and two pups.
